Nudges
Recipients
Add recipient names and emails to a nudge. Recipients do not need accounts and do not count as seats.
Recipients are the people who receive the nudge email and complete the task.
Adding recipients
On create or edit, add each person with a name and email address. They do not need to be Nudgely users.
Limits
Your plan caps recipients per nudge (for example Free: 1, Starter: 5, Growth/Scale: unlimited).
Delivery rules
Nudgely skips sending when:
- The address is suppressed after hard bounces or complaints
- The recipient unsubscribed from your company’s nudges
- The team is frozen or the company is blocked for payment issues
