Track who has not completed an occurrence, remind incomplete people, and review overdue work.
Outstanding recipients
On a nudge’s detail page, open an occurrence to see who is still outstanding. Incomplete people remain visible until they complete (or the occurrence is otherwise closed).

Overdue
Instances that stay incomplete move to overdue after the scheduled time window. Overdue work surfaces in dashboard analytics on plans with full statistics.

What managers can do
- Send a manual remind to incomplete people
- Review comments and attachments on completions
- Approve pending submissions when approval is required
- Pause or adjust the schedule if the cadence is wrong
