Reminders
Configure automatic follow-up reminders for incomplete recipients, and send manual reminds.
Automatic reminders
Per nudge you can set:
| Setting | Typical default | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Reminders enabled | On | Send follow-ups when incomplete |
| Remind after hours | 18 | Minimum hours between reminder attempts |
| Max reminders | 3 | Cap (0 can mean unlimited depending on configuration) |
Reminders skip recipients who are snoozed. Incomplete tokens can be extended when a reminder is sent.
Manual remind
On the nudge detail page, use Remind incomplete to re-email only people who have not finished the current occurrence.
Email contents
Reminder emails include:
- The task details
- A secure completion link
- An ICS calendar attachment
- A per-company unsubscribe link
