Pause / resume

Pause a nudge when the whole schedule should stop temporarily. Resume when you want sends to continue.

Set a date so Nudgely automatically resumes after that date passes.

Add specific dates (YYYY-MM-DD in the nudge timezone) that should not create new sends or reminders. Useful for public holidays or known closures.

Paused or finished nudges do not keep chasing recipients.

Reminders

Configure automatic follow-up reminders for incomplete recipients, and send manual reminds.

Outstanding and overdue

Track who has not completed an occurrence, remind incomplete people, and review overdue work.
