Concepts
Users vs recipients
Dashboard users need seats. Recipients complete tasks from email without accounts and do not count as paid seats.
Nudgely separates people who run the process from people who complete the work.
Users (dashboard seats)
A user signs into app.nudgelyapp.com to create nudges, manage teams, review outstanding work or handle billing.
Plan user limits apply to these seats. Examples: Free allows 3 users; Starter allows 10.
Recipients
A recipient receives a nudge email and completes the task through a secure link. Recipients:
- Do not need a Nudgely account
- Do not count as paid user seats
- Can be employees, contractors, clients or suppliers
- Are limited by your plan’s recipients per nudge setting
Why this matters
You can send recurring tasks to many people without buying a seat for each person. Only the people who manage Nudgely need accounts.
