What is a nudge?
A nudge is a recurring task reminder sent to one or more recipients on a schedule.

You configure it once with:
- A name and task description
- A schedule (daily, weekly or monthly)
- A timezone and time of day
- One or more recipient emails
- Optional reminder and approval settings
When the schedule is due, Nudgely creates an occurrence (instance), emails each deliverable recipient, and tracks who has completed the work.
Active nudges
An active nudge is a recurring schedule that is currently running. Plan limits often refer to how many active nudges you can have (for example, Free includes up to 3).
