Roles and teams
Company admin and member roles, team membership, and what each role can manage.
Company roles

| Company admin | Full company settings, billing, branding, digest, data export, all teams, invite admins |
| Company member | Work inside assigned teams: nudges, templates, team-scoped analytics |
Team roles
Teams organise people and nudges. Members can be team admins or team members depending on how they were invited. Nudges belong to a team.
Frozen teams
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer teams, excess teams can be frozen. Frozen teams keep their history but Nudgely does not send new emails for their nudges until you free up capacity or upgrade.
Approvals
When a nudge requires approval, the nudge creator or a company admin can approve pending completions on the nudge detail page.
