Concepts
How completions work
Recipients open a secure link, optionally comment or attach evidence, and mark the task complete. Managers see outstanding people.
The loop
- Nudgely emails each recipient when the occurrence is due.
- The email includes a secure completion link and a calendar (ICS) attachment.
- The recipient opens the link, optionally adds a comment or file, and completes the task.
- Incomplete people stay on the outstanding list. Automatic or manual reminders can follow up.
- Managers see completions, overdue work and pending approvals in the app.

Tokens and expiry
Completion links are scoped to a specific occurrence and recipient. Links expire relative to the next scheduled occurrence. If a link is out of date but a newer incomplete task exists, Nudgely may offer an Open current task path.
When an occurrence is finished
An occurrence is complete when all deliverable recipients have completed (and approvals are done, if required).
