Troubleshooting

Fix common issues with emails, completion links, permissions, frozen teams and billing.

Recipients are not getting emails

  • Confirm the nudge is active (not paused, finished or disabled)
  • Confirm the team is not frozen
  • Check the recipient did not unsubscribe from your company
  • Hard bounces can suppress an address
  • Wait for the next hourly send window if the occurrence was just due
  • Ask for a fresh remind from the manager
  • If offered, use Open current task when a newer incomplete link exists

I cannot create more nudges or add recipients

You may have hit plan limits. See Plans and limits or upgrade in Billing.

I cannot open Company Settings or Billing

Those areas require the company admin role.

Dashboard charts look limited

Free plan shows basic counts only. Full charts require Starter or higher.

Payment issues

Company admins should open Billing / the Stripe portal, or contact support@nudgelyapp.com.
