Does every recipient need a Nudgely account?
No. Recipients complete tasks from a secure email link.
Do recipients count as paid users?
No. Only dashboard users count toward seat limits.
Can I send tasks to clients or contractors?
Yes. Add their email as a recipient. They do not join your workspace as a paid user.
What is an active nudge?
A recurring task schedule that is currently running. Nudgely calls these schedules nudges.
Can recipients upload evidence?
Yes. Supported images and PDFs up to 5 MB.
Can tasks require approval?
Yes. Enable requires approval on the nudge. Creators or company admins approve pending completions.
Do you export Excel files?
No. Eligible plans export CSV and JSON only.
Is there a mobile app?
No. The dashboard and completion pages work in a mobile browser.
Does Nudgely sync Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. Reminder emails include an ICS attachment you can add manually.
