Billing
Upgrading and downgrading
Use Stripe Checkout and the customer portal to change plans, and understand downgrade enforcement.
Upgrade
Company admins open Billing or Subscription, choose a plan, and complete Stripe Checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe.
Manage payment method and invoices
Use the Stripe customer portal from billing to update payment methods and download invoices.
Downgrade behaviour
If you move to a lower plan:
- Excess teams can be frozen
- Excess nudges or users may be disabled until you fit the new limits
- History retention follows the new plan
Nudgely may email admins before a scheduled downgrade takes effect.
Past due
If payment fails, the dashboard can show a past-due banner until billing is resolved.
