On Growth and Scale, company admins can export company data:

Excel / XLSX export is not available.

Stripe invoices can be exported or downloaded from billing / the Stripe portal as CSV where offered in the UI.

Upgrading and downgrading

Use Stripe Checkout and the customer portal to change plans, and understand downgrade enforcement.
